Confirmation Year I & II
Mass Journals
Students in Confirmation Year I and II are expected to attend mass at least twice a month. Please bring your Mass Journal with you when you attend Mass, then submit a form below for each journal entry. Catechists will not be collecting the journals themselves; rather, we will be taking digital submissions. The physical copy of the journal will help you reflect while at Mass and remember key information. Please take what you write in your Mass Journal and use it to fill out the forms below. Remember, you must submit two forms each month.

Service Requirements
Students in their second year of Confirmation prep are required to complete 20 service hours. In order to help you keep pace with your service hours, at least 10 hours are due by December 18th, and the remaining are due on February 26th.
You can turn the form in directly to your catechists during class or email it. Note that there is a reflection that accompanies the form; you must submit a reflection with the first half of your service hours in December, and another in February when you turn in your remaining service hours. You will receive a prompt for this reflection in December before your first 10 hours are due.
